Single Arm Kettlebell Swing

I’ve commenced a preparation for the kettlebell snatch.  The aim of the program is to develop 100 snatches with a 24kg kettlebell under 5 mins. Today was One Arm Kettlebell Swings @ 32kg. I did 4 sets per arm in 8 mins.  End goal is 8 sets of 10 per arm under 10mins.
